The new Corvette ZR1X continues to put the competition on notice. America's quickest production car showcased its thrilling performance capabilities. On a prepped surface at US 131 Motorsports Park, it recorded a quarter-mile time of 8.675 seconds at 159 mph. A truly blistering 0-60 mph time of 1.68 seconds further highlights the Corvette ZR1X's jaw-dropping acceleration. Keep in mind that the Corvette ZR1X had already achieved record lap times at the legendary Nürburgring racetrack.
Although Chevy ceased production of the legendary Camaro after the 2024 model year, its spirit lives on in the 2026 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 race car. It returns for the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series with a fiercer look. Many of its new styling elements were actually inspired by the sixth-generation Camaro ZL1's latest Carbon Performance Package, which is currently available to owners. You'll notice the race car's similar hood insert, front splitter, and carbon-fiber rockers.
