Very much enjoyed working with sales rep Rafael Tovar. Made a very long experience turn out positive. Rafael was fun to work with, very knowledgeable, and I felt confident in his ability to help me buy my car. Everybody that came up to me was very friendly. The finance dept was extremely slow. Sat for well over an hour to get in and I was the only customer waiting. Almost walked out. Overall, it was a positive experience and I credit alot of that to Rafael Tovar.

My new (4K miles) Corvette Z06 had a small oil leak. Turned out to be the rear main seal! The transmission was pulled and a new seal was installed. Did not fix the problem. Turns out it was a defect in the manufacturing of the engine itself. Capitol Chevy stayed on this relentlessly, working to get the factory to authorize a new engine. As you can imagine, corporate Chevy was more than hesitant to approve this expenditure ($45,000). Capitol stayed on the factory and won the battle! It took 2 months but I have a new engine. Throughout the ordeal, my service representative, Mustafa, kept me informed, making sure I understood how hard Capitol was working for me. He is amazing and I can't praise his professionalism and communication enough. Thanks Capitol and Mustafa!
