AUSTIN, TX | 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EVJuly 18, 2025You quoted $3,200 to fix one sensor on our 2017 Chevy Bolt EV. The quote included a great deal of work that was not ask for. Additionally, your service manager was unresponsive even to the extent that people told us that he had the day off when he was actually there. We had the sensor fixed at another shop for $371. You should be ashamed, and we will never be back. Do not look at customers as a way you extract the most amount of money. Please accept these facts as a way that you can improve and gain customers. Thank you.Concepcion L
AUSTIN, TX | 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500June 16, 2025I had a peaceful experience seeing all sales representatives move around trying to get sales in. To know the minute you get off the welcome you and ask if there’s anything you need help with.Randy S

AUSTIN, TX | 2024 Chevrolet EquinoxJune 11, 2025Customer service was good as usual. Service on my car left much to be desired. I only came in to repair/change a flat tire, which is quite routine. I was notified that the shop was slightly backed up and it would take about two hours for them to get to my car. It ended up taking over four hours total all things considered, which means the shop took two hours just to switch on a tire they already had in stock - this seems extremely unreasonable from past experiences I’ve had. Furthermore, the tire change was done with an extreme lack of diligence and care. After servicing, I found my spare tire haphazardly strewn in the trunk of the car, and absolutely no effort was made to put the car jack and other equipment back in their proper place, despite everything being left in the back seat. I had to do all of this myself in the parking lot of the dealership so I didn’t have the parts rumbling around as I was driving. In the Texas summer heat after four hours of sitting around, that’s the last thing I wanted to do. I also notified the shop that one of my other tires was losing air pressure and I was told that all the tires would be checked regardless and topped off if necessary. This did not occur at all. Lastly, I noticed a general lack of diligence in taking care of my care. Typically after servicing my car gets washed, which didn’t occur this time. Additionally, I noticed a scrape on my front bumper that was not there before I took it into the shop, and the turn signal on the bumper is no longer working as a consequence. Truly lackluster experience from the boys in the shop.Wayne J
AUSTIN, TX | 2019 Chevrolet ColoradoMay 31, 2025Well it’s way too expensive for brakes they should just charge me for the brake pads and labor not for sanding the rotors if they don’t need it.Zaine A

AUSTIN, TX | 2015 GMC AcadiaMay 9, 2025It took a month to have a STILL UNDER WARRANTY transmission repaired. And to make it worse the dealership would NOT provide a rental until the repairs were completed . And instead of replacing the transmission, GMC policy was to repair the bad transmission, instead of replacing it for a new transmission. Am I disappointed, no I am angry.Muralikrishna G
