It was my first visit so I wasn’t sure what the process was. But I was helped immediately, told what they were doing to my truck and it was done in a timely manner.

My service writer was excellent.

Im very satisfied with the way they were very nice and checking on us to see if we needed anything while we waited Im very Impressed when they told me That my name would be on the contract like I wanted it.no other Dealer wanted to do that.I will tell my friends and family when Need a car go to ya.my Salesman was Gil and Noe came up to say HI if I needed anything let him know.Thank ya.

Awesome experience with Capitol Cheverolet dealership. My salesman (Client Advisor) Jaime Roman was awesome. From the moment he called me for the online ad I was inquiring about. I could tell he was going to take care of what I was looking for. No pressure tactics. Just plain excellent customer service. Jaime had the Tahoe ready for me to look at when I got there. Explained the features of the vehicle. He introduced me to his GM Abraham Garcia. Also, Abraham was very friendly and welcoming to the dealership. Jaime was with me from start to finish of sale. Can' t say enough of the excellent customer service I received from Jaime and Abraham. Thank you
