What's New for the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe?

The Chevrolet Tahoe is an SUV that keeps up with the changing needs of drivers and their families. After several significant upgrades in the last few years, the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe makes only one change. Auburn Metallic is no longer an available paint option, but drivers can still choose head-turners such as Midnight Blue, Summit White, and Silver Sage.

What Are the 2024 Tahoe Trims & Features?

There are six trim levels available for the 2024 Tahoe. First up is the LS, which starts things off with tri-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable front seats, and wireless smartphone integration through Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. For the Tahoe LT, Chevrolet adds leather upholstery and a wireless charging pad. The RST model has a bolder look, including 22-inch wheels and a unique grille.

The Tahoe Z71 is an off-road-oriented version of the SUV that has hill descent control, red tow hooks, and all-terrain tires. This SUV gains chrome exterior accents for the Tahoe Premier, a 10-speaker sound system, and heated second-row bucket seats. In the top High Country model, drivers find a head-up display and bronze accents on the grille.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 Tahoe Have?

As its standard engine, the 2024 Tahoe goes with a 5.3L V8 that produces 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. The High Country gets a 6.2L V8 that generates 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. This engine is also available for the RST, Z71, and Premier models. Alternatively, most Tahoe models can come with a 3.0L turbo diesel that makes 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. All of these engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

What Safety Features Does the 2024 Tahoe Include?

Automatic high beams, forward-collision mitigation, and lane departure mitigation are all standard features for the 2024 Tahoe. This SUV also provides front and rear parking sensors on all trims. Select Tahoe models have extra driver aids such as rear automatic braking, adaptive cruise control, and a surround-view camera system.
