The 2023 Equinox gets a few subtle but notable changes. This year's Equinox will now have more power across the board, thanks to a modified standard engine. The Equinox continues to stand out for its stylish design, comfort, and amenities.

What are the 2023 Equinox Trims & Features?

In 2023, the Chevy Equinox is offered in four trims. The base is the LS. After that is the LT, followed by the RS and the Premier. All four trims have standard front-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive is available. They all have an automatic transmission, and they are driven by the same engine, which is a four-cylinder turbo.

Starting with the base LS trim, you can look forward to LED headlights and automatic high beams. This model also has a push-button start and a keyless entry system. The LS has 17-inch wheels with an alloy finish, along with a 7-inch touchscreen that has clear graphics. The LS also has a satellite radio along with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The LS has two USB charging ports and a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot. Heated side mirrors are a bonus. A standard set of advanced driver safety aids is also included with the Equinox. Some standard features include lane-keeping assistance, forward collision mitigation, and a rear seat reminder. The new Midnight and Sport Edition trims include 18-inch glossy black wheels, black badges, and body-colored mirror housings.

The LT trim level is distinguished by chrome and body-colored exterior trim detailing. It also has illuminated sun visors.

The RS trim has black 19-inch wheels and a black interior. It also adds roof rails.

The Premier has a wireless charging pad, ambient cabin lighting, and leather upholstery. It also has a heated steering wheel and an upgraded backup camera for additional safety. The Premier adds an 8-inch touchscreen, leather seats, ambient lighting, and a wireless charging pad.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Equinox Have?

All Equinox trims have the same engine, which is a 1.5L turbo engine with four cylinders. The engine produces 175 HP in power and 203 LB-FT of torque. It comes with a six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is optional.
