8. Turn RIGHT onto IH-35 South FRONTAGE ROAD
9. Turn RIGHT onto ST ELMO RD E.
10. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto TERRY O LN. and then SLIGHT RIGHT back onto ST ELMO RD E.
11. TURN RIGHT into commercial park driveway at the Music Lab sign.

From the North or South on I35:

1. Take the BEN WHITE exit- exit number 230B- toward US-290 W/BEN WHITE BLVD/TX-71/JOHNSON CITY
2a. Go straight through the BEN WHITE intersection if coming from the NORTH
2b. or Loop under the intersection if coming up from the SOUTH
3. Turn RIGHT onto ST ELMO RD E.
4. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto TERRY O LN. and then SLIGHT RIGHT back onto ST ELMO RD E.
5. TURN RIGHT into commercial park driveway at the Music Lab sign.
